TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: provision of postal services in domestic and international transactions, including the receipt, transportation and delivery of postal items and parcels and their possible return for the Municipal Office in Starachowice, on the terms specified in generally applicable provisions of law, in particular in the Act of 23 November 2021, – Postal Law (Dz.U.2026.558 consolidated text). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or subcontractor, pursuant to an employment relationship within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code, employ persons performing the specified activities connected with the performance of the contract, i.e.: - signing the contract, - operational activity (direct collection and delivery of postal items in connection with the performance of the subject matter of the contract).
