TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part I – Physical and pro-health classes and Nordic Walking events1. Physical and pro-health classesThe classes will be carried out for 9 groups, each comprising approximately 20 participants. For each group, 10 meetings of 60 minutes each are planned, i.e. a total of 90 meetings and 90 clock-hours. The subject matter may include in particular: general fitness gymnastics, strengthening exercises, balance and coordination exercises, exercises improving mobility, prevention of pain in the spine and back, stretching, breathing and relaxation exercises, as well as elements of education regarding safe physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.The Contractor shall provide a person/persons with qualifications and experience suitable for conducting the classes, preparation and carrying out of the classes, a gym room suitable for approx. 20 persons and water during each meeting. The Contracting Authority does not provide meals.For the purposes of conducting the classes, the Contracting Authority provides equipment and training materials purchased under the project, in particular exercise mats, resistance bands, exercise balls and small training equipment, including, among others,…
