TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services involving the preparation of GeoJSON format files containing processed results of geodetic measurements of specified sections of public roads in Poland for the purpose of expanding or updating the toll road network in Poland. 2. The subject of the contract includes: a basic order (guaranteed) and an order covered by the option right (non-guaranteed, optional), provided for in accordance with Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law. 3. Within the framework of the basic order, the Contractor, at the request of the Contracting Authority, will deliver Products prepared based on geodetic measurements of road sections divided into Toll Sections, covering road sections up to a total length of 1000 km. 4.
