Provision of services consisting in organizing and conducting swimming lessons at a swimming pool (indoor pool) for groups of students of Primary School with Integrated Classes No. 4 in Wieliczka in 2027 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in organizing and conducting swimming instruction classes at an indoor swimming pool as part of classroom lessons for students of Primary School with Integrated Classes No. 4 in Wieliczka. 2. The service in particular includes: 2.1. the purchase of admission tickets to a public swimming pool that is supervised by a health-related authority, in accordance with applicable law and standards, in particular the Act of 18 August 2011 on the safety of persons staying in water areas (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023, item 714); 2.2. instructor services and swimming instruction. 3.
