TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this contract is the provision of porter services for the Contracting Authority, in the buildings of the Institute of Low Temperatures and Structural Research named after Wł. Trzebiatowski of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Wrocław: at ul. Okólna 2, at ul. Gajowicka 95. Porter services at the facilities of the Institute of Low Temperatures and Structural Research named after Wł. Trzebiatowski of the Polish Academy of Sciences include: supervision of the Institute’s area monitoring system, handling employees and visitors (including guests) at the main reception desk, handling employees and motorized visitors at the parking area and at the reception desk located by the facility’s entrance gate, as well as receiving and redirecting incoming calls. The services will be provided at the facility of the Institute of Low Temperatures and Structural Research named after Wł. Trzebiatowski of the Polish Academy of Sciences at: a) ul.
