TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service will consist in maintaining cleanliness in office rooms, communication corridors, stairwells, social rooms, sanitary facilities with a total area of approx. 3,000 m2, and in washing windows with an area of approx. 600 m2, using the Contractor’s own equipment and cleaning agents. The scope of the service also includes maintaining cleanliness in the archives and in the basement, cleaning the porters’ lodges (portierni), maintaining cleanliness of the entrance stairs to the Prosecutor’s Office on the side of Muzealna Street (dimensions: 2.6 x 5 m – 12 steps + landing) together with handrails. The stairs are entirely made of stone. The service also includes washing doors, grilles and handrails and maintaining cleanliness on the premises at the building as well as its winter maintenance, in the period from 1.01.2027 to 31.12.2027.
