TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 Stages, namely: 1) Stage I – the guaranteed stage, 2) Stage II – the stage covered by the option right, pursuant to Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law. 2. Description of the subject of the contract: 1) Stage I (guaranteed): Provision of cleaning services in residential and commercial premises and rooms belonging to them. The estimated number of premises in which cleaning services will be performed is 100. 2) Stage II (covered by the option right): Provision of cleaning services in residential and commercial premises and rooms belonging to them.
