TENDER DESCRIPTION

The detailed scope has been provided in the appendices to the SWZ and in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix to No. 5 of the SWZ, according to the principles set out in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority permits submission of equivalent bids according to the following rules: A Contractor invoking equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution it offers meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. In such a case the Contractor attaches to its bid a list of equivalent solutions. a) The Contracting Authority stipulates that wherever, in the content of the documentation constituting the description of the subject matter of the contract, trademarks, patents or origin, sources or detailed processes have been indicated that characterize products or services delivered by a specific Contractor, the Contracting Authority allows methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. that are equivalent to those presented in the description of the subject matter of the contract.
