TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1: Provision of legal aid in matters related to: 1) preparation and conduct of proceedings for the award of public contracts, tenders, and other special procedures specified in the Public Procurement Law, 2) preparation and performance of agreements concluded as a result of public procurement procedures conducted by the Municipal Roads Board (Zarząd Dróg Miejskich) — both at the stage of preparation and at the stage of performance of public contracts within the scope of the statutory activities of the Municipal Roads Board, 3) providing legal opinions regarding the application of the Public Procurement Law and internal regulations within the scope of the Pzp Act; - including representing the Contracting Authority before common courts, the Supreme Court, Provincial Administrative Courts (Wojewódzkimi Sądami Administracyjnymi), the Supreme Administrative Court (Naczelnym Sądem Administracyjnym), the National Appeal Chamber (Krajową Izbą Odwoawczą), other adjudicating and enforcement bodies, and offices, - for 135 hours per month.
