TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of public collective transport services within the operating area of the Jura Powiat and Commune Association “Komunikacja Jurajska”. 2. The scope of the contract includes providing regular passenger transport services on the following routes forming part of the communication network organised by the Jura Powiat and Commune Association “Komunikacja Jurajska”: 1) 165 Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego – Zawada, Rondo 2) 165A Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego – Łysiec 3) 170 Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego – Osiny, Szkoła 4) 170A Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego – Kamienica Polska 5) 175 Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy – Mzyki 3. The subject of the contract must be performed based on the assumptions set out in the Description of the subject of the contract (Annex No 10 to the SWZ) and on the basis of the rules and conditions set out in the contract template including the draft contract provisions for a public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the text of this contract (Annex No 11 to the SWZ).
