TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services in urban communication organized by the City of Kielce – Public Transport Authority in Kielce, in the area of the City of Kielce and municipalities covered by inter-municipal agreements; 2. The subject of the contract consists of transport services provided for a period of 10 years (120 months) with an annual amount of 8,000,000 (eight million) vehicle kilometers. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the ToR. 3. The contracting authority requires that transport services be performed personally by the Contractor; 4. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the contract on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 11 to the ToR. 5. The contracting authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor of: - bus drivers, - dispatchers, - traffic supervision service employees, performing work for the Contractor during the term of the Agreement.
