TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of transport services in urban transport organized by the City of Kielce – Transport Company Board in Kielce, within the area of the City of Kielce and the communes covered by intercommunal agreements; 2. The subject matter of the contract consists of transport services provided for a period of 10 years (120 months) in the annual quantity of 8,000,000 (eight million) vehicle-kilometres. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the transport services are carried out personally by the Contractor; 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ. 5. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor employs, under an employment contract: - bus drivers, - dispatchers, - employees of the traffic supervision service, providing work for the Contractor during the term of the Agreement.
