TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of regular passenger transport services, as part of public mass transit, in the area of the City of Lublin Commune and neighbouring Communes. 2. The scope of the contract includes providing regular passenger transport services, as part of public mass transit, consisting of transporting passengers on communication routes within urban transport running in the area of the City of Lublin Commune and neighbouring Communes with which the City of Lublin Commune has concluded an agreement. The Transport Operator shall be required to provide the transport services using at least 15 buses. The Contracting Authority permits two solutions regarding the age and parameters of the offered buses. In its tender, the Contractor is required to indicate one solution regarding the age and parameters of the buses that will be implemented by the Contractor. The planned number of vehicle-kilometres (hereinafter: vehicle-km) during the performance of the contract is 10,800,000 vehicle-km. 3.
