Provision of services for winter road maintenance in the area of Szydłowiec County for the 2026/2027 winter season The subject matter of the contract is the “Provision of services for winter road maintenance in the area of Szydłowiec County for the 2026/2027 winter season” in accordance with the schedule of maps from Appendix No. 6a to the SWZ and the list of routes from Appendix No. 6b to the SWZ. 2. The subject matter of the contract includes: a) snow removal of roads and intersections, b) spreading a salt-and-sand mixture on roads and intersections, c) work related to loading the salt-and-sand mixture onto devices and vehicles used by the Contractor, d) information servicing for the Contracting Authority in the scope of reporting to the duty officer the start and end of performing the service related to winter road maintenance and access to a programme monitoring vehicles with a GPS device. 3. The Contractor will provide the services in a manner that does not endanger the safe use of the road and is responsible for damage arising from its fault during the performance of tasks related to winter road maintenance. 4.
