TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Development and Maintenance services for the SENT System: 1.1. within the scope of the basic contract: 1) the Contractor shall, for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, carry out modifications to the System, covering within its scope the provision of new and the modernization of existing functionalities of the System used in KAS, in a number not exceeding 1,600 Person-days, in accordance with the requirements set out in Section 4 of TOM III of the SWZ - OPZ, hereinafter referred to as: Development upon Notification or System Development, 2) the provision of System Maintenance services in accordance with the requirements set out in Section 5 of TOM III of the SWZ - OPZ, hereinafter referred to as: System Maintenance Service. 1.2. within the scope of the contract covered by the option: 1) ensuring new and modernization of existing functionalities of the System used in KAS as part of Development upon Notification, in a number not exceeding 2,400 Person-days, in accordance with the requirements set out in Section 4 of TOM III of the SWZ - OPZ, 2) the provision of System Maintenance Service, in accordance with the requirements…
