TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender invites proposals for the provision of comprehensive development and maintenance services for the SENT System, a critical component within KAS, encompassing system modifications, the introduction of new functionalities, and the modernization of existing features. The contract has an estimated total duration of 72 months.
The execution of the basic order includes two main services:
1. Development on Demand (Rozwój na Zgłoszenie): This phase will last for 48 months from the end of the Transition Period for the System Development Service, or until the specified number of man-days is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
2. System Maintenance Service (Usługa Utrzymania Systemu): This service will be provided for 48 months starting from the System Acceptance Date.
Regarding the option services:
1. Development on Demand (Rozwój na Zgłoszenie) under the option will commence after the basic order's development period expires or its man-day pool is exhausted (whichever happens earlier). It will continue until the option's man-day pool is depleted, but no longer than the completion of the System Maintenance Service, either from the basic order or an activated option, whichever comes first.
2. System Maintenance Service under the option will run for 24 months following the completion of the basic order.
Key milestones and phases include the "Transition Period" for System Development Service and the "System Acceptance Date." The client has the right to activate options multiple times, each for a period of no less than 3 months, ensuring service continuity, by providing a unilateral declaration at least one month before the current option period concludes.
