This tender seeks the provision of comprehensive development and maintenance services for the Atena 3 Remote Education System of the Ministry of Finance, encompassing both a basic and an optional order. Duration of Services (Option Order):
- Development on Notification (Rozwój na Zgłoszenie): From the date the option is activated (but not earlier than the day after the basic order period for this service ends or the man-day pool for the basic order is exhausted, whichever is first), until the maximum number of man-days specified is exhausted, but no longer than the end date of the System Maintenance Service under the basic order (if the maintenance option is not activated) or the System Maintenance Service under the option.
- System Maintenance Service (Usługa Utrzymania Systemu): For a period of up to 12 months, starting from the day following the completion of the basic order period for System Maintenance Service. The client can exercise this option once to extend the service by an additional 12 months, provided notification is given at least one month before the basic service period ends.
