Provision of servicing services for diagnostic devices manufactured by OLYMPUS that are held in stock by the Specialist Hospital named after Dr. Alfred Sokołowski in Wałbrzych for a period of 36 months. A further and detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (size, scope, type and quantity of deliveries) together with the assortment-and-price form is provided in Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Procurement Conditions.
