TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of servicing, maintenance, technical inspection, and emergency repair services for refrigeration equipment at the Field Station of WCKiK SPZOZ in Gdańsk. 2. The detailed description of the service that is the subject of this procedure is contained in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” constituting Annex No. 2 to the Draft contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. This description must be read together with amendments to the SWZ content, e.g. as a result of answers granted to contractors’ requests. 3. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the contract under the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 4.
