TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of social services The subject of the contract is “Provision of social services”, consisting of assistant services for residents requiring support. The Contractor, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, will cover with services in particular persons with disabilities, older persons, persons covered by social assistance support, and others requiring support, by providing help in performing basic activities of daily living, necessary for their active social or educational functioning. The services will be provided on working days, from 7:30 to 15:30, and on Saturdays, from 8:00 to 13:00. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of changing (permanently or periodically) the above service hours, which will not affect the number of hours of the service, the days or the time of day when they are provided. In addition, the Contractor remains available to provide intervention services, outside the time frame described in the first sentence—on Sundays, with a limit of 4 hours per unit service, and during the entire contract performance period—up to 20 hours, and with a response time of up to 3 hours from the call.
