TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for buildings together with the delivery of hygiene articles to the premises of the Property Management Office in the Wola District of the Capital City of Warsaw (m.st. Warszawy). The Contractor is required to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract and the guidelines concerning the preparation of design documentation, which constitute an integral part of the SWZ. The offer should include the pricing of all activities necessary to carry out the contract, including those that the Contracting Authority has not provided for, but which are necessary in order to perform the subject matter of the contract, in accordance with applicable regulations. For the purpose of properly preparing the offer, the Contractor is advised to conduct, at its own cost, a site visit of the premises to be cleaned.
