TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of hardware and transport services for the winter maintenance of voivodeship roads in the winter season 2026/2027 using de-icing and chemical materials (salt) made available by the Contracting Authority (stored within the area of the given Roads Office or the Materials Base), using equipment provided for use by the Contracting Authority, equipment owned by the Contractor, the Contractor’s transport carrier, and the performance of services related to post-winter street cleaning (roadways), paths and sidewalks that fall within the road authority’s competence, and bridge structure facilities along voivodeship roads. The detailed scope of the contract and the manner of its performance, as well as the method of payment, are set out in the Detailed Technical Specifications (SST) for hardware and transport services and post-winter cleaning, bill of quantities, and the contract template, constituting respectively Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ and Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
