TENDER DESCRIPTION
Provision of services for continuous, direct physical protection of persons and property at the District Court in Dąbrowa Górnicza from 01.12.2026 to 30.11.2027. The subject of the contract is the “Provision of services for continuous, direct physical protection of persons and property at the District Court in Dąbrowa Górnicza” within the scope specified in Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ and in the draft agreement, in the buildings and premises leased by the District Court in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The Contracting Authority requires that, on Court working days, the Contractor—using security employees employed by the Contractor—provide direct protection of persons and property located in the buildings of the District Court in Dąbrowa Górnicza at ul. Graniczna 23, ul. Graniczna 34B, unit U14, and ul. Graniczna 21 for a period of 12 months, i.e. from 01.12.2026 to 30.11.2027.
