TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is services: “Provision of telecommunication services for wireless two-way data transmission on a 24/7 basis and activation of APNs”. 2. The purpose of performing the contract is to ensure connectivity with devices recording road offences and to ensure mobile connectivity of inspectors with the GITD teleinformatics network. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in the SWZ Part III – Description of the subject matter of the contract and in Part IV of the SWZ (PPU). 4. The Contractor is not required to submit a bid bond. 5. The Contractor is required to submit proper performance security in the amount of: 5% of the total price stated in the bid in accordance with Article 452(2) of the Pzp Act. 6. In accordance with the wording of Article 441 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility to apply the right of option. 7.
