Provision of services for maintaining order and cleanliness in residential buildings managed by the Zakład Gospodarowania Nieruchomościami in the Targówek district of the Capital City of Warsaw 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for maintaining order and cleanliness in the common parts of residential buildings managed by the Zakład Gospodarowania Nieruchomościami in the Targówek district of the Capital City of Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”. 2. Detailed scope of the contract: A. PERMANENT MAINTENANCE OF ORDER AND CLEANLINESS IN BUILDINGS: ‐ Operation Team “Bródno” - 15 buildings with a total cleaned area of 2,432 m², ‐ Operation Team “Targówek” - 23 buildings with a total cleaned area of 4,828 m²; B. PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR WATCHMEN/DOORS GUARDS: ‐ Operation Team “Bródno” - area of 3,735 m², ‐ Operation Team “Targówek” - area of 12,279 m²; C. WINDOW CLEANING IN BUILDINGS: ‐ Operation Team “Bródno” - 149 m², ‐ Operation Team “Targówek” - 342 m²; 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
