TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of managed services (Managed Services) together with the development of the Electronic Request System. The contract includes application maintenance, hosting services, security assurance, data migration, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BC), and monitoring in accordance with the conditions described in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, by performing in particular the following services: 1) System maintenance; 2) System development; 3) Technical assistance. 2. Detailed information regarding the description, scope, and conditions of the subject of the contract is defined in the "Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ)" which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the "Draft contract provisions to be introduced into the content of the concluded contract (PPU)" constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 1.
