Provision of services at the place of residence of persons receiving support who are participants in the project entitled “Social Services Centre as a new quality of support for residents of the Rural Municipality of Lubawa” 3. The subject of the contract is the provision of services at the place of residence of persons receiving support, i.e. adult residents of the Lubawa municipality who are participants in the project entitled “Social Services Centre as a new quality of support for residents of the Rural Municipality of Lubawa”, implemented under Priority 9: Inclusion and integration of EFS+ of the regional programme European Funds for Warmia and Mazury 2021 – 2027 co-financed from the European Social Fund Plus. 4. The subject of the contract includes: 1) MOBILE PSYCHOLOGIST SERVICE 1. Number of hours - 780 services (each service – 1 clock hour). 2.
