TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the provision of laboratory and field testing services for construction works carried out under the Contract “Construction of the Central Communication Port along with the installations and facilities necessary for its operation – construction of a railway siding on section: railway line No 3 - Central Communication Port”. 2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the Contract has been set out in the OPZ. 3. The manner of performance of the Contract has been set out in the Draft Agreement. 4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option consisting in extending the period of performance of the Contract by up to 12 months, on the terms and conditions specified in the Draft Agreement. 1.
