TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is: 1. Twenty-four-hour physical protection of persons and property provided by the Contractor holding a concession to carry out such activities issued by the Minister of the Interior and Administration, performed pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 535). The performance of the service consists in direct physical protection, constant supervision of signals transmitted, collected and processed in the electronic technical security systems and alarm devices of the Contracting Authority, as well as ad hoc protection by (intervention patrols) on all days of the week, for the duration of the contract, in the complex of facilities constituting the seat of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (MKiDN) located in Warsaw at:  15 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street together with the Kordegarda building (with the exception of protection of exhibits during gallery opening hours),  17 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street,  21/23 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street,  13 Ksawerów Street,  3 Trębacka Street (garage). 2.
