TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste generated by owners of residential and non-residential properties located within the City of Cieszyn, for the period from 1 January 2027, subject to the obligations that the Contractor is required to fulfil before the actual commencement of performance of the contract, until 31 December 2028. 2. The subject matter of the contract includes: 1) direct collection, from in front of the property, of municipal waste generated by owners of residential and non-residential properties located within the City of Cieszyn in the years 2027-2028 and its management; 2) collection and management of municipal waste stored at the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (Punkt Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych, PSZOK) located in Cieszyn at ul. Motokrosowa 27. 3.
