1) The subject of the contract is: Provision of services for the collection of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located within the territory of the Swidwin commune. 2) The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor provides municipal waste transport services with vehicles in a minimum number of 5 units, with at least one of the vehicles of categories N2 and N3 providing these services being a vehicle powered by alternative fuels — a requirement resulting from the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1289 3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the description of the Ordering Party’s requirements concerning performance and acceptance specify: - the description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex No 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e to the SWZ, - the draft provisions of the contract — Annex No 12 to the SWZ.
