TENDER DESCRIPTION
Provision of services for collection, transport and disposal of medical waste from the District Hospital in Gryfino and its subordinate facilities The subject matter of the contract is the successive provision of services for the collection, transport and thermal disposal of medical waste from the District Hospital in Gryfino and its subordinate facilities, in accordance with applicable laws, in particular with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, and with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 5 October 2017 on the detailed method of dealing with medical waste, and with the Act on Environmental Protection Law of 27 April 2001. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
