The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport and processing of medical waste produced and collected by the Health Care Institutions Complex in Cieszyn. 2. The subject of the contract includes waste according to the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 02.01.2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10), with codes including: 18 01 01, 18 01 02, 18 01 03, 18 01 04, 18 01 06, 18 01 07, 18 01 08, 18 01 09. 3. The estimated amount of waste during the contract period is 432 Mg, including codes: - 18 01 01 to 18 01 04 – 430 Mg, - 18 01 06 to 18 01 07 – 1 Mg, - 18 01 08 to 18 01 09 – 1 Mg.
