TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection, transport, and processing of medical waste generated and collected by the Healthcare Facilities Complex in Cieszyn. 2. The subject of the contract includes waste in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate dated 02.01.2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws 2020, item 10), with codes including: 18 01 01, 18 01 02, 18 01 03, 18 01 04, 18 01 06, 18 01 07, 18 01 08, 18 01 09. 3. The estimated quantity of waste during the contract period is - 432 Mg, including code: - 18 01 01 to 18 01 04 – 430 Mg, - 18 01 06 to 18 01 07 – 1 Mg, - 18 01 08 to 18 01 09 – 1 Mg.
