The subject matter of the contract is: providing a service involving the successive collection from the Client’s premises, transport and disposal of medical waste with the following codes: 18.01.01, 18.01.02, 18.01.03, 18.01.06, 18.01.07, 18.01.08, 18.01.09, 18.01.82 during the term of the contract. - Collection of waste with the codes: 18.01.01, 18.01.02, 18.01.03, 18.01.06, 18.01.07, 18.01.08, 18.01.09, 18.01.82 will be carried out from the locations listed below with the following frequency: 1) Provincial Combined Hospital in Kielce, main building – Disposal Warehouse, Kielce ul. Grunwaldzka 45 – collection 5 times per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2) Provincial Combined Hospital in Kielce – Infectious Diseases Clinic, Kielce ul. Radiowa 7 – collection 3 times per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3) Provincial Combined Hospital in Kielce Clinical Rehabilitation Department, Kielce ul.
