TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of public collective transport in municipal passenger transport by road within the territory of the Gmina Kolbuszowa, the Gmina Niwiska: Task No 1: Line No 1 Kosowy- Hucina-Niwiska-Trześń- Hucisko-Zapole-Nowa Wieś- Kolbuszowa- Werynia. 2. The organiser of the service is the Gmina Kolbuszowa (Contracting Authority); the contractor selected in this procedure becomes, upon conclusion of the contract, the Operator within the meaning of the provisions of the Act on Public Collective Transport of 16 December 2010. 3.
