TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of medical transport services, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ – Draft contract. 2. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. Tenders that do not include the full scope of the subject matter of the contract shall be rejected. 3. In the procedure for the award of a contract, and subject to Article 110(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the contractor shall be excluded pursuant to Article 108(1) and Article 109(1) of the Public Procurement Law.
