TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for removing vehicles from roads within the Lublin County pursuant to the provisions of Article 130a of the Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended, hereinafter referred to as "Prd") and the operation of a secured car park for the removed vehicles. 2. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), allows for the submission of partial tenders. The Contractor may submit an offer for all parts of the contract. Part 1 – removing from roads within the Lublin County vehicles with an allowable total mass of up to 3.5t, bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles, electric scooters and personal transport devices, and operating a secured car park for the above-mentioned vehicles. Part 2 – removing from roads within the Lublin County vehicles with an allowable total mass of over 3.5t up to over 16t, and operating a secured car park for the above-mentioned vehicles.
