TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from residential and non-residential properties located within the territory of the Gmina Gilowice in 2027, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of municipal waste consisting of biodegradable waste sent for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026 item 912), the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship 2023–2028 adopted by Resolution of the Silesian Voivodeship Assembly No. VII/6/8/2024 of 21.10.2024 with its annexes, and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the Gmina Gilowice adopted by Resolution No. XXV/166/20 of the Gilowice Municipal Council of 26 November 2020 on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the Gmina Gilowice, and by Resolution No. XXV/167/20 of the Gilowice Municipal Council of 26 November 2020 on…
