TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the provision of software-related services in the substantive area (SAP Business) and the technical area (SAP Basis). The contract does not include maintenance and development services for the infrastructure. However, the Contractor is required to cooperate with entities providing maintenance and development services for the infrastructure, in particular in the process of exchanging information concerning reported errors and failures.
