TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: Provision of services for post-warranty technical inspections, diagnostics and repairs of incubators/heat chambers at Field Stations and the Medical Team at the Military Blood Donation and Treatment Centre SPZOZ. 2. The detailed description of the service which is the subject of this procedure includes the “Description of the subject of the contract”, which is Appendix No 2 to the Draft Contract constituting Appendix No 11 to the SWZ. This description shall be read together with amendments to the contents of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of answers provided to queries submitted by contractors. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Appendix No 11 to the SWZ. 4.
