TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is: Provision of services for carrying out post-warranty technical inspections, diagnostics and repairs of sealers in the Field Stations and the Medical Unit at the Military Centre for Blood Donation and Treatment (Wojskowe Centrum Krwiodawstwa i Krwiolecznictwa) SPZOZ. 2. A detailed description of the service which is the subject of this procedure is contained in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract”, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Draft contract, which is Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ. This description should be read together with amendments to the wording of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of answers provided to questions submitted by contractors. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the Draft contract constituting Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ. 4.
