TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection services from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in the period from 1 January to 31 December 2027. 2. The subject matter of the contract is specified in detail in the description of the subject matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as the “description” or “OPZ”, which constitute Annexes No 2a, 2b and 2c to the SWZ. 3. The remaining conditions for performance of the contract have been set out in the draft provisions of the contract for a public contract, which constitute Annex No 6 to the SWZ. 1.
