TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of laboratory testing services for the needs of the Independent Public Municipal Health Care Unit in Rzezawa 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of laboratory testing services for the needs of the Independent Public Municipal Health Care Unit in Rzezawa. 2. The service of performing the laboratory tests referred to in paragraph 1 shall be carried out in a manner guaranteeing the highest quality, in accordance with the Act of 15 September 2022 on laboratory medicine (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1295, as amended), the requirements of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), as well as medical knowledge. 3.
