TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of services related to the collection and management of municipal waste generated by property owners within the area of Parzęczew commune. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from owners of properties located within the area of Parzęczew commune, from which waste is collected, including its transport and management, and then the transfer of: a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and residues from sorting municipal waste to municipal installations designated by the Contractor, as referred to in Article 38b(1) of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, with later amendments). b) selectively collected municipal waste to recovery and disposal installations, in accordance with the waste management hierarchy laid down in the applicable legal provisions, in particular Article 17 of the Act on waste of 14 December 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, with later amendments) and in accordance with the proximity principle set out in Article 20 of the Act on waste of 14 December 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, with later amendments), 2.…
