TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: provision of a 3-year service for printing devices in ZUS Branches and Headquarters in the scope of implementation: Part 1 of the contract – 1424 Kyocera M2040dn devices. The purpose of providing the device service covered by the subject of the contract is to ensure their most effective, efficient, and proper operation. The Contractor is obliged to provide service in the scope of: a) restoring full functionality of the devices, the lack of which was caused by failure, malfunction, or lack of consumables, within the time designated for performing the service, b) disassembling damaged or malfunctioning parts and delivering and installing functional parts and components, including Spare Parts and consumables, c) supplying and replacing consumables, including monochrome toners that are factory new and equipped with chips, etc. (except paper, which will be provided by TJO on their own), d) if it is not possible to restore full functionality of the repaired device within 2 working days, providing a replacement device is allowed.
