TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Contract is the provision of construction investor supervision services, environmental supervision and project implementation management for the investment entitled: “Construction of a DN700 gas pipeline, MOP 8.4 MPa to the Kozienice Power Plant, together with a gas station and associated infrastructure”. A detailed description of the subject of the Contract is provided in Annex No 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the Contract and Annex No 3 to the SWZ – Contract template. Due to the specific nature of the subject of the Contract, part of the documentation for the Procedure contains information subject to protection within the meaning of the “Guidelines on the protection of information in procedures for the award of public contracts in GAZ-SYSTEM S.A., the Transmission System Operator”. Disclosure of the Procedure documentation containing information subject to protection shall be made exclusively to those Contracting Authorities that have submitted a declaration on maintaining confidentiality for this Procedure (in accordance with Annex No 9 to the SWZ).
