TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Contract is the provision of the construction investor’s supervision service, environmental supervision and project implementation management for the investment entitled: "Construction of the DN700 gas pipeline, MOP 8.4 MPa to the Kozienice Power Plant, together with the gas station and associated infrastructure". A detailed description of the subject of the Contract is provided in Annex No 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the Contract and Annex No 3 to the SWZ – Contract template. Due to the specific nature of the subject of the Contract, part of the documentation for the Procedure contains information that is subject to protection within the meaning of the "Guidelines on the protection of information in procurement procedures in Gaz-System S.A. Transmission System Operator". Provision of the Procedure documentation containing protected information shall be made exclusively to those Contractors who submitted a declaration to maintain confidentiality for this Procedure (in accordance with Annex No 9 to the SWZ).
