TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Contract is the provision of the construction investor supervision service, environmental supervision and management of the implementation of an investment entitled: “Construction of a DN700 gas pipeline, MOP 8.4 MPa to the Kozienice Power Plant along with the gas station and associated infrastructure”. A detailed description of the subject of the Contract is provided in Annex No 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the Contract and Annex No 3 to the SWZ – Contract Template. Due to the nature of the subject of the Contract, part of the documentation for the Procedure contains information subject to protection within the meaning of the “Guidelines on the protection of information in procurement procedures in the Operator of Transmission Gas Pipelines GAZ-SYSTEM S.A.” The disclosure of the Procedure documentation containing information subject to protection shall be provided exclusively to those Contractors who submitted a declaration on maintaining confidentiality for this Procedure (in accordance with Annex No 9 to the SWZ).
