TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Contract is the provision of construction investor supervision services, environmental supervision, and project management for the investment titled: "Construction of DN700 gas pipeline, MOP 8.4 MPa to Kozienice Power Plant along with a gas station and accompanying infrastructure." A detailed description of the subject of the Contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the Contract and Annex No. 3 to the ToR – Contract Template. Due to the specificity of the subject of the Contract, part of the Procurement documentation contains information subject to protection within the meaning of the "Guidelines on the protection of information in procurement proceedings at the GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. Transmission System Operator Company." The provision of the Procurement documentation containing protected information will be made only to those Contractors who have submitted a confidentiality statement for this Procurement (in accordance with Annex No. 9 to the ToR).
